ISC-CX opens Office in Brazil to support rapidly increasing customer base in Latin America

ISC-CX, the leading provider of customer experience programs worldwide for over 20 years, is opening an office in Brazil to further strengthen its global capabilities.

ISC-CX has been active in LatAm in the past decade and has seen increasing demand for customer experience programs in that region. Opening an ISC-CX office in Brazil will support the fast-growing LatAm businesses of long-standing international brand partners as well as the rapidly increasing list of ISC-CX’s clients in the region.  

The new office in Brazil underlines the strategic direction of ISC-CX:  to maintain itself as a global service provider with local staff and expertise.  Global capabilities are supplemented by country-specific knowledge in retailers’ target markets to the benefit of ISC-CX’s clients.
