25 years of CX partnership – ISC-CX honors ACS and Infominds

The global customer experience company ISC-CX, known for its leading Mystery Shopping programmes, has awarded the South Tyrolean IT companies ACS and Infominds the "ISC-CX Quality Partner" certificate for 25 years of successful collaboration.

ISC-CX conducts over 300,000 Mystery Shopping evaluations annually across more than 140 countries, supporting global brands in analysing, measuring and enhancing customer experiences at every touchpoint.

The award acknowledges the consistently high quality, reliability in data processing and a shared commitment to customer focus – key factors that have played a significant role in ISC-CX’s global success.
