ISC-CX, the global leader in customer experience programs for more than 20 years, has appointed Kasia Filbrandt to its Board of Directors. Kasia Filbrandt has been working for the company since 2009 and is responsible for international projects as Operations Director since 2019.
In her new role, Kasia Filbrandt will be in charge of the long-term project management strategy and lead the integration of digital technologies to provide outstanding operational project excellence for ISC-CX's clients.
"Kasia has always driven and developed our company's international project management to an extraordinary extent," emphasizes Managing Director Reinhold Auer. "I am delighted that she is now managing the field at board level, ensuring that we continue to improve the service we provide to our clients."
