ISC-CX, the world's leading provider of customer experience programs for over 20 years, was able to significantly increase its EcoVadis score through various sustainability measures last year and was awarded the silver certification. Thanks to these efforts, ISC-CX now ranks among the top 25% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide.
ISC-CX first participated in the rating of the international evaluation platform EcoVadis in 2018 and has been continuously improving since then. This year, the company achieved a score of 61 points, placing it above the average of most participating companies.
